MOBILE FOOD CANTEEN

Large mobile food canteen that can cater to large events and functions. It has a large range of foods from hot food including Dagwood Dogs, Hot Chips, Chicken Burgers and Nachos to name a few.
It also has a range of healthy options including Wraps,Fruit Salad and Yoghurts.

THE SNACK SHACK

The Snack Shack features a beach/Hawaiian surf style theme with the outlet itself acting as the centrepiece. The van is decorated to replicate a beach style hut, complete with grass roofing material, palm trees and Hibiscus flowers giving it an authentic Hawaiian feel. All staff are dressed in brightly coloured Hawaiian style shirts and old-time beach music (i.e. the Beach Boys) plays in the background to really set the scene. This themed attraction can be presented in its original mobile food trailer, or set up to suit the dimension requirements of clients.

 

Background

The Snack Shack vends traditional hot and cold 'carnival' food that patrons may only get once a year, like Dagwoods dogs and hot potato chips. To differentiate from the many other outlets vending similar if not the same products Gill's Partyland also offers a variety of organic and gourmet products. Consumers expect to be able to buy the traditional 'bad foods' that they may indulge in once a year, but we feel it is also important to cater to the health conscious as well as those just wanting a bit of variety.

We offer a wide variety of Gourmet Dogs of all descriptions including the all new 'Chilli Dog' from the US as well as the just released 'Designer Dog Bar'. Additionally, we offer low-fat dogs as well as vegetarian dogs.

The usual selections of frosty soft drink beverages are available along with café-quality hot beverage products, all served hot and delicious from our cappuccino bar.

 

Seating

To augment the organic, 'beachy' feel of the Snack Shack, wooden picnic tables are utilised. The picnic tables are of the variety that you might find on any beach across Australia. Umbrellas are also provided to shield against rain or excessive sun.

 

LITTLE ROCK CAFE

The Little Rock Cafe features a 60's rock'n roll diner-style theme, with staff dressed in retro-look uniforms. 60's music plays in the background and friendly service is on the menu as well as Australia's own Bundaberg Organic coffee.

Cafe-style tables and chairs are provided for patrons. This ensures they are able to sit back and relax, with a good coffee, after a day crowds, lines and show bags. The cart is compact enough to fit almost anywhere, and is always popular with show-going adults.

 

Background

The Little Rock Cafe is coffee at its best because we believe in the quality and background of the products we sell. The cart vends a range of freshly ground, organic Bundaberg Blend coffees and herbal teas as well as a good assortment of fresh cakes, cookies, slices and muffins.

The coffee we sell is made from 100% certified organic grown and roasted beans. No chemicals, insecticides, pesticides or herbicides are used at anytime throughout the production process. Additionally, no flavour enhancers, preservatives or colourings are used and all coffee come with a choice of full cream, skinny, or soy milk.

Frosty cold drinks are also available, including iced teas, flavoured milks, soft drinks and water ensuring a range of customer needs are met.

Stylishly round, metal, Parisian designed tables and chairs are supplied with the outlet.
